When to prune your fruit
Prune at the wrong time and you either cut off next year's crop or open the door to disease. Each fruit has its own window. Pick yours for when to prune, when to feed, and the one rule that matters most.
⚠️ Timings are for cool temperate climates (northern-hemisphere seasons) - shift them to match your own. The golden rule for stone fruit (plums, cherries) is to prune only in dry summer weather, never winter, to avoid silver leaf and canker.
